Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled on the day of your appointment or failure to attend your appointment, will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

No future appointments will be made until payment is received.

By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Booking, Cancellation & Amendment Policy.

If you are not happy and do not accept the Booking, Cancellation & Amendment Policy, do not book an appointment.
